About The Team

As Head of Change Management Office, you will lead the firm's enterprise change portfolio, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will provide strategic oversight across programmes and projects, driving effective governance, prioritisation, risk management and executive decision-making.

About The Role

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of technology, operational and business change initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, benefits and milestones. Working closely with Executive Sponsors and senior stakeholders, you will support successful adoption of change and the effective management of resources, dependencies and delivery risks across multiple concurrent programmes.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMO and Change professionals, you will build a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, customer outcomes and delivery excellence.

As a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee, Service Line Leaders and Business Service Leaders, you will provide insightful reporting, facilitate governance forums and translate complex delivery challenges into clear business recommendations.

You will also play a key role in delivering the firm's strategic transformation agenda, partnering with Technology, Data and Innovation teams to embed emerging technologies, including AI enabled solutions, and drive innovation, efficiency and sustainable business growth.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking an experienced change leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation within complex organisations. You'll bring strong portfolio and programme governance expertise, coupled with the ability to lead large-scale change initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional stakeholder manager, capable of building credibility and influencing at Executive and Board level. With experience leading multidisciplinary teams, you'll combine strategic thinking with a hands on approach to delivery, balancing long-term objectives with operational priorities.

You'll also demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the confidence to present complex information and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
