Change Programme Manager – £333 per day – 13 Weeks

Lorien is supporting a key public sector client in the recruitment of an experienced Change & Transformation Programme Manager to lead a high-profile service redesign and organisational change initiative. This role will focus on workforce transition, governance, implementation planning and embedding new operating models across a complex stakeholder environment.

Role Overview

  • Title: Change Programme Manager
  • Duration: 13 Weeks Initially with potential 13 week extension
  • Location: Inverness (Predominantly Remote with occasional travel to Inverness office)
  • Rate: £333 per day inside IR35

Essential Skills, Competences, Experience and Relevant Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading complex organisational change and service redesign programmes.
  • Experience implementing new organisational structures and operating models.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering workforce transition, restructuring and consultation activity.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership teams, HR functions and key stakeholders.
  • Strong governance, programme management and implementation planning experience.
  • Experience developing transition plans and embedding new ways of working.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and supporting teams through organisational change.
  • Experience producing reports, updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
