The Enterprise Transformation Programme
The Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming the Haleon business. Enabled by SAP S/4HANA it aims to build an organisation that is wired for excellence and to deliver our ‘Win as One’ strategy. The programme will strengthen the heartbeat of our business – to become more agile, efficient, and innovative – positioning us to drive growth through continuous improvement. The Change Lead role plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.
Detailed Responsibilities
The Enterprise Transformation Change Readiness Lead is responsible for coordinating and driving business readiness activities across the programme, ensuring impacted teams are prepared and supported through change. The role works closely with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training and Adoption teams to support organisational readiness, behavioural adoption and successful implementation outcomes across markets and functions.
Communications & Engagement
- Support the delivery and coordination of change and engagement plans aligned with programme milestones and business readiness priorities.
- Partner with Change Leads, Engagement teams, Business Process Owners, and Functional leads to ensure clear, consistent and audience focused communications across impacted teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities that build awareness, understanding and readiness for new processes, systems and ways of working.

- Lead the execution of the Change Management Strategy and associated tools and frameworks
- Drive the development and implementation of a robust change readiness assessment, change impact assessment and change action plans.
- Identify and manage change risks and resistance themes through proactive mitigation planning.
- Coordinate readiness activities across workstreams, ensuring dependencies, risks, actions and milestones are tracked and managed effectively.
- Consolidate readiness insights, stakeholder feedback and adoption themes to support programme decision making and go live preparedness.
- Track and report on organisational readiness, highlighting hotspots, progress, and required interventions for senior decision-making.
- Embed behavioural change practices (nudges, reinforcement plans, leadership actions) to ensure changes move from initial awareness to sustained adoption.
Training and Adoption
- Validate that training, communications, and readiness activities are sequenced to support smooth transition into new ways of working.
- Ensure adoption measures are defined, tracked, and used to inform post-go-live support and reinforcement activities.
- Partner with SME’s, trainers, and change networks to support consistent delivery and sustainable adoption across markets and functions.
- Support go-live and post-go-live readiness activities to ensure business continuity, enable a smooth transition into new ways of working, and provide insights for hyper care planning and longer-term adoption monitoring.
- Collaborate with Training & Adoption teams to ensure readiness activities align with learning, onboarding and adoption plans.
- Prepare readiness reports, status updates, RAID inputs for programme leadership and stakeholder forums, using qualitative and quantitative insights to support planning, prioritisation, and decision-making.
Experience and Key Competencies
- Proven experience in change management, business readiness or organisational transformation roles within large scale programmes.
- Experience supporting global transformation initiatives, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations within global FMCG organisations.
- Experience coordinating cross functional readiness activities across multiple workstreams, markets and stakeholder groups.
- Deep understanding of change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, adoption activities, business readiness planning and execution.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing capabilities across diverse teams and cultures.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights to support decision making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within fast-paced and evolving transformation environments.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycles and associated methodologies.
- Professional certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, APMG Change Management) – preferable.
