By trying out different roles, you’ll learn how we manage change and will build strong technical, business, and leadership skills along the way.

  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems in Business Analysis
  • Leading projects from initiation to delivery in Project Management
  • Playing a vital role in our success by shaping strategic and innovative solutions in Architecture
  • Or Service Delivery, where you'll be at the forefront of Zurich's IT operational support and managing key relationships to ensure the best customer experience.

You'll be assigned to real business projects where you will get the support you need to own and manage workstreams from day one.

What you’ll need:

  • Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advert with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of two days per week
  • Occasional travel to other offices is also expected however this will be on a project / role basis
  • An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment
  • To be flexible and responsive in a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entry Requirements:

  • You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelors (or equivalent) degree
  • At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent)
  • A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
  • You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
