Training Coordinator - FMCG Industry

As a Training Coordinator in the FMCG industry based in Reading, you'll play a key role in organising and managing training programmes to support team development. Your efforts will ensure that training sessions run smoothly, helping the business maintain its high standards and achieve its goals.

My client, who are based in Reading, are a very well-established and well-respected FMCG organisation.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Change Training Coordinator - 6-9 month FTC include:

  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics to ensure sessions are well-organised.
  • Help communicate changes to employees.
  • Support managers with change management activities.
  • Track who needs training and ensure attendance.
  • Help teams move from old ways of working to new processes.
  • Manage training materials and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Work with various departments to identify training needs and opportunities.

Profile

The successful Change Training Coordinator - 6-9 month FTC will have:

  • Strong experience using Excel.
  • Previous experience in project planning/coordinating/scheduling/time tabling.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Be confident and adaptable with the ability to shift focus.
