Role Overview

This role leads Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Training for the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud workstream within a Professional Services transformation programme, including its integration into SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 (CRM) and SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

The role owns end-to-end adoption for the lead-to-cash and project-to-cash processes spanning S/4HANA, Sales Cloud V2 and CPQ.

Programme Context

This position sits alongside two peer change managers on the wider programme:

  • A SuccessFactors Change Manager, owning OCM and training for the HR/People workstream.
  • A ServiceNow Change Manager, owning OCM and training for the IT Service Management workstream.

The S/4HANA Public Cloud Change & Training Manager coordinates with both peers on shared governance, a joint communications calendar, aligned stakeholder mapping, and integrated readiness/cutover reporting — but owns delivery only for the S/4HANA Public Cloud, Sales Cloud V2 and CPQ scope.

Scope Split - The role is weighted toward training delivery, with change management as the smaller but essential supporting discipline:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
