Role Title: Change & Transformation Lead
Location: Northampton / Glasgow / Knutsford - Hybrid/2 days onsite/week
Duration: 31/12/2026
Rate: 599GBP/day (Inside IR35)
Role Description:
We are a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to the clients across EMEA, APAC, US and Canada. We have an excellent job opportunity for you.
We are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Lead to drive a strategic, multi-year transformation programme within the Fraud organisation. This is a business-focused transformation role requiring strong stakeholder management, programme leadership, and change delivery capabilities. The successful candidate will help shape and execute the transformation vision, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology-enabled change across fraud prevention and detection initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across Fraud business functions.
- Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes and drive organisational adoption.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading complex business transformation and change programmes within Financial Services.
- Strong programme/project management experience delivering strategic, multi-year initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Good understanding of technology-enabled change, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams without being a technical specialist.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Transformation PM / Change Lead rather than a Solution Architect, Cloud Engineer, or Technical PM.
- Business-outcome focused with strong strategic and commercial awareness.
- Able to connect business and technology teams while maintaining programme momentum.
- Experienced in enterprise-wide change involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Comfortable working within large banking or regulated environments.
Desirable:
- Experience in Fraud, Financial Crime, Risk, Operations, or Retail Banking transformation programmes.
- Previous experience within large banking organisations and complex change environments.
