Change & User Adoption Lead – Data Management
6-month contract | Up to £650 per day | Hybrid – London 1 day per week
Our client, a Global FMCG organisation, are looking for an experienced Change & User Adoption Lead to support a major Data Management Programme.
This is a hands-on change role with a particular focus on driving the successful adoption of data classification, retention, and data management processes across Microsoft 365.
You will develop and deliver the overall change and user adoption strategy, working across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure new data management capabilities and ways of working are understood, adopted, and embedded across a global employee population.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the change management and user adoption strategy for the Data Management Programme
- Conduct change impact assessments across processes, roles, responsibilities, and operating models
- Build change plans, adoption roadmaps, and business readiness frameworks
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple global audiences
- Lead workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions
- Create and deliver targeted communications, leadership briefings, and programme messaging
- Develop and deliver training and learning content
- Identify barriers to adoption and implement appropriate interventions
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend improvements

Experience Required
- 10+ years' experience in Business/Technology Change and User Adoption
- Previous experience delivering change across Data Classification, Data Retention, and Data Management programmes
- Strong experience with Data Classification capabilities within Microsoft 365
- Experience developing and delivering change and communication plans across large global organisations of 5,000+ employees
- Strong experience producing training materials, presentations, and communications
- Experience working across complex stakeholder groups, from technical specialists through to senior executives
- Excellent facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to change delivery
