Responsibilities

Reporting into the Hygiene Manager, you will undertake the scheduled hygiene daily and deep cleaning tasks, and order and issue PPE for team and visitors on site, following Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting any defects in equipment, tools, and machinery
  • Ensuring facility areas including bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard following all safety guidelines and safe working practices
  • Issuing out Protective Clothing (PPE)
  • Preparing for site factory visits and visitors PPE
  • Preparing for site factory audits and auditor PPE
  • Engaging with auditors when required to
  • Raising consumables orders and maintaining stock levels to ensure your team have the right protective clothing for the job
  • Receiving consumables orders and laundry delivery and checking them in
  • Planning deep cleaning schedules for production operatives

Experience working with chemicals is not essential but desirable.

Shift pattern:

We operate a days only shift pattern from 7am - 7pm. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you will work as follows:

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

This is a part-time role and the working hours are 1pm-7pm.
