About Our Company

At Patch My PC, we exist to improve lives. What started as a free tool to keep apps updated has grown into a trusted enterprise solution that helps IT and Security teams automate, manage, deploy, and report on third-party updates in Microsoft ConfigMgr, Intune, and WSUS. Our fully remote crew of 150 GIF-loving humans supports over 10,000 customers and more than 32 million devices. We make patching easier, boost security, and give IT teams their time back.

Our core values guide how we work, how we treat each other, and how we grow. They keep us focused on what matters most. We're here to improve the lives of our customers, our team members, and our communities.

About The Role

We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to help grow and support our channel partner ecosystem. This is a fully remote role, reporting to a UK-based leader.

In this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of small and mid-sized channel partners, VARs, and MSPs, serving as their primary day-to-day contact for renewals, onboarding, and operational support. You’ll also partner with Strategic Partners to support their end customers, helping progress opportunities and deliver successful customer outcomes.

This role requires an understanding of the three-way relationship between Patch My PC, the channel partner, and the end-user customer. Success depends on balancing the needs of all three while delivering a seamless partner and customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of channel-sourced customer accounts, supporting onboarding, renewals, expansion opportunities, licensing, and ongoing partner success.
  • Serve as the primary Patch My PC contact for the end-user customer while coordinating with the originating partner on renewals, upgrades, deal registration, and other commercial activities.
  • Partner closely with the Partner Development Manager to align on renewal strategy, expansion opportunities, and partner engagement for any account where the partner maintains an active commercial stake.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and customers by providing timely communication, proactive guidance, and a consistently high-quality experience.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene across your portfolio, ensuring device counts, renewal dates, partner tiers, and partner attribution are accurately recorded and visible to the broader commercial team.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the partner relationship, surfacing adoption signals, health indicators, and satisfaction feedback that help the partner team strengthen its overall account strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
