Role: Channel Account Manager

Location: UK – Remote

Salary: Up to £90k base + bonus


This is an opportunity to join a high-growth financial software business and take ownership of its UK partner ecosystem.

As a Channel Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with key partners across the UK, including ERP resellers, consultancies, systems integrators, and specialist finance technology partners.

The role is highly commercial, with a focus on identifying the right partners, enabling them to generate pipeline, and ultimately driving new revenue through the channel. You'll work closely with direct sales, marketing, pre-sales, and leadership to build a scalable partner strategy and establish the business as a go-to solution within the UK financial planning and performance management market.

The Role

  • Own and develop the UK channel partner strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners across the UK
  • Build relationships with ERP resellers, consultancies, systems integrators, and finance technology specialists
  • Develop joint business plans with strategic partners to generate pipeline and revenue
  • Enable partners through training, product knowledge, sales collateral, and go-to-market support
  • Work alongside partners to identify target customers and create joint opportunities
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle, working alongside Account Executives and Pre-Sales
  • Develop and manage a healthy channel pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build long-term relationships with senior partner stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop joint campaigns, events, webinars, and demand-generation initiatives
  • Continuously identify new routes to market and opportunities to scale the UK partner ecosystem

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliances, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of generating revenue through technology partners
  • Experience within financial software, ERP, FP&A, CPM, EPM, or wider B2B SaaS would be highly advantageous
  • Existing relationships across the UK ERP, finance software, consultancy, or systems integration ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner-led growth
  • Commercially driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Comfortable recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners
  • Strong relationship-builder who can influence senior stakeholders
  • Able to create and execute joint business and go-to-market plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
