📍 King’s Cross, London | Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 from home
💷 £42.79 per hour

Bring together your retail account management, marketing and commercial skills at a leading global technology company. We’re staffing partners to a global technology business, recruiting a Distribution Channel Specialist to support its consumer technology retail partners across the UK and Europe.
You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized retailers, helping them access the information, marketing assets and support they need to sell successfully. Alongside partner management, you’ll coordinate promotions, track budgets and turn sales data into recommendations.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage retail partner relationships: Handle queries, support onboarding and coordinate product, pricing and commercial information.
- Enable partners to sell effectively: Provide up-to-date merchandising materials, launch assets and promotional guidance.
- Coordinate retail marketing: Deliver online and in-store campaigns, seasonal promotions, co-marketing activity and product demonstrations.
- Track channel performance: Analyse sales into retailers and through to customers, campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Keep budgets on track: Monitor promotional spend, raise purchase requests, follow up invoices and reconcile budget records.
- Support commercial planning: Prepare partner meetings, business reviews, forecasting inputs and quarterly plans with the UK & EU Distribution Manager.
- Improve everyday processes: Work with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams to resolve issues and simplify recurring tasks.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in distribution, retail account management, channel marketing, trade marketing or sales operations, ideally around 5–7 years.
- Hands-on experience supporting retail marketing, e-commerce activity and promotions.
- Confidence analysing sales and marketing data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience tracking budgets and coordinating several accounts or projects at once.
- Clear communication, strong organisation and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Experience in consumer electronics, managing partners across European markets or working with co-op/MDF marketing budgets would be a plus. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across partner relationships, commercial operations and marketing delivery, supporting products in AR/VR and emerging consumer technology. Some European travel and occasional flexibility for international calls may be required.
