Channel & Alliances Executive
Reports To: SVP, Sales
Department: Sales
Location: Hybrid, London (1–2 days per week - BlueVoyant & Microsoft offices)
Work Authorisation: Must have the existing right to work in the UK
BlueVoyant is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Channel & Alliances Executive to grow our high-velocity channel and alliance relationships, with a primary focus on Microsoft. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, you will grow our channel business across our Managed Security Services, Digital Risk Protection and Supply Chain Defense offerings throughout Northern Europe. You'll work closely with Microsoft field and partner teams, BlueVoyant sales leadership and marketing to build joint go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline, revenue and new customer acquisition.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders and field sales teams, including SMC and Enterprise Sales, to grow joint revenue, acquire new customers and amplify BlueVoyant's security co-sell message.
- Build joint go-to-market campaigns with Microsoft sellers and connect them with BlueVoyant's direct sellers.
- Implement joint lead generation initiatives with channel partners across Northern Europe.
- Support all Northern Europe channel partners in adopting partnership programmes, and give support to their local sellers.
- Recruit, onboard and enable Microsoft sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth across key BlueVoyant solutions.
- Use existing personal and BlueVoyant relationships to build and execute new go-to-market opportunities.
- Build measurable business plans that define partnership goals, and run QBRs with Microsoft stakeholders to drive pipeline and sales success.
- Work closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and field and inside sellers to develop joint selling and demand generation activities.
- Work with BlueVoyant marketing to use resources such as collateral, presentations, events, emails and webinars in support of joint Microsoft initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular partnership status updates and sales results to executive leaders and programme stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel or alliance management, or cybersecurity sales.
- A proven track record in sales, partnership growth and relationship building.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft's business, sales cadence and security business.
- Experience enabling and growing partner sales teams so they can articulate and position the value of your solutions to increase pipeline and sales.
- A deep background in security technologies and managed security solutions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with clear ownership of tasks and escalation when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present ideas in business-friendly language.
- The ability to collaborate closely with product, marketing and sales teams across the organisation.
- Passion and drive for results, and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Proficiency with M365.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with MDR platforms, SIEM, third-party risk (supply chain defence) and threat intelligence solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft resellers and the Azure and M365 security solution suite.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
