You’ll play a key role in connecting our brands and propositions with some of our most important customers. You’ll be the face of marketing in customer conversations—presenting plans, sharing insights, influencing decisions, and creating compelling customer stories that deliver growth. You’ll bring an understanding of the full customer decision journey across both B2B and B2C, including how retail media can influence customers at key moments. You’ll need to be as comfortable around a customer table as you are developing a marketing plan, with the confidence and commercial judgement to turn customer understanding into action.
What You’ll Do

- Lead customer conversations – present marketing plans, insights, and recommendations clearly and compellingly, adapting your story to the audience.
- Influence and inspire – use commercial understanding, customer knowledge, and storytelling to shape decisions and gain buy-in for our plans.
- Bring the customer to life internally – share customer insight and feedback with the wider business so teams understand what matters most.
- Create customer-focused marketing plans – develop and deliver plans that connect our brands, products, and propositions with customer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Turn insight into action – identify opportunities through customer, category, and market insight and translate them into practical marketing activity.
- Collaborate across the business – work with Brand, Category, Sales, and other teams to create joined-up plans and deliver strong customer experiences.
- Represent the brand – bring energy, enthusiasm, and credibility to customer interactions, ensuring our brands stand out and create preference via your strong marketing and product knowledge.
- Deliver results – track impact, learn what works, and continually improve customer and business performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
