Role Overview

NVIDIA is seeking an expert Channel Development Manager for Cisco operations across EMEA to accelerate growth across the Cisco partner network. Role will focus on developing, enabling, and accomplishing strategic business growth initiatives alongside Cisco channel teams, partner organizations, and NVIDIA internal collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Cisco EMEA channel business managed by NVIDIA through partner development, enablement, pipeline acceleration, and execution of strategic business initiatives.
  • Build and complete joint business growth plans with Cisco partner networks, aligned to NVIDIA’s enterprise priorities and Cisco go-to-market motions.
  • Develop and scale enablement programs that help Cisco channel teams and partners optimally position, sell, and attach NVIDIA platforms, solutions, and technologies.
  • Work closely with Cisco channel collaborators to identify growth opportunities, accelerate pipeline creation, and improve partner engagement across EMEA.
  • Implement regional programs and business initiatives that connect Cisco sellers, channel partners, distributors, and NVIDIA teams to strengthen market execution.
  • Support the development of go-to-market activities that increase awareness, demand generation, and sales readiness for NVIDIA solutions within the Cisco channel ecosystem.
  • Engage partner sales and technical teams to improve understanding of NVIDIA’s business portfolio, including hardware, software, AI, accelerated computing, and datacentre solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise channel, alliance, OEM, or business development experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Meaningful success developing partner relationships, enabling sales teams, accomplishing channel programs, and driving measurable business growth.
  • Expert understanding of enterprise channel dynamics, including partner business planning, enablement, pipeline development, lead cultivation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience working with sophisticated partner ecosystems across multiple countries or regions.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with senior collaborators across partner, channel, sales, marketing, and technical organizations.
  • Forward-thinking business-development approach, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge effectively across business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
