As a Channel development manager for out of home (OOH), you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our wellbeing visibility and value growth across specific OOH customers and channels with tailored in outlet activation plans to support our strategies. You will help to drive continued commercial growth and expanded wellbeing visibility that contribute to Twinings being the leading wellbeing drinks brand.

  • Development and implementation of Channel & Customer Plans to target growth from existing and new business opportunities that will deliver improved revenue, profit and brand equity
  • Focussed team development through personal coaching & feedback that maximises their contribution & potential
  • Collaborative and trusting customer relationships with selected end users and RTM wholesalers
  • Strong performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction
  • Support creative in outlet activation aligned to the connections strategy to support Twinings wellbeing visibility across all channels
  • Developing and expanding external relationships finding the opportunities to connect Twinings and customer strategies
  • Hunger and tenacity for winning new business and retaining & growing existing contracts, developing a contact / meeting plan to build customer commitment
  • Creative thinker with the ability to build great relationships at all levels
