Who We Are
Regal Kitchen Foods Limited (RKFL) is an India-based food manufacturing and export company focused on developing high-quality, shelf-stable food solutions for international markets. RKFL manufactures a diverse portfolio of ready-to-eat meals, rice-based products, curries, gravies and other packaged food offerings for global retailers, importers, distributors, foodservice partners and private-label customers.
Role Purpose
RKFL is looking for a commercially disciplined Channel Development Representative to develop importer, distributor and channel opportunities within an assigned international geography or market cluster. The role is focused on identifying, qualifying, developing and converting the right route-to-market partners. It is not intended to function as a country-head position or a local administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
- Map priority countries, channels and route-to-market structure.
- Identify and qualify credible importers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain a structured prospect pipeline.
- Conduct distributor/importer outreach.
- Progress opportunities through outreach → samples → evaluation → quotation → negotiation → order conversion.
- Follow up on samples and commercial proposals.
- Support conversion of prospects into trial/pilot orders.
- Review existing distributor development and identify repeat-business opportunities.
- Remove weak or non-serious prospects from the pipeline quickly.
- Maintain disciplined next-action tracking and commercial reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
