EMEA Channel Director | AI | London

Location: London-based, with regular travel across EMEA

Package: Excellent base salary, uncapped variable, equity, and benefits

Reports to: Global Chief Revenue Officer

PropRec Channel, the specialist technology channel headhunter, is exclusively retained by a fast-growing AI vendor launching in Europe. They are building their EMEA channel from the ground up and need a Channel Director to own it.

The Opportunity

This is a greenfield leadership role with real backing. The vendor has a proven product, strong traction, an executive team committed to international growth, and the investment to do it properly. Reporting directly to the Global CRO, you will have genuine influence at the top table. You will set the EMEA channel strategy, choose the partners, hire the team, and be the face of the business to the European channel.

What You'll Do

  • Define and launch the EMEA channel strategy: partner tiers, programme structure, margin and incentive models, and market prioritization.
  • Recruit and sign the right partners across distributors, VARs, MSPs, GSIs, AI and data consultancies, and cloud marketplaces, starting in the UK&I and expanding into DACH, Benelux, the Nordics, France, Iberia, and the Middle East.
  • Negotiate distribution and reseller agreements, with Tier 1 distribution a likely early priority.
  • Build and lead the EMEA channel team, including Channel Managers, Partner SEs, and Partner Marketing.
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, plus enablement, certification, and deal registration.
  • Represent the vendor at partner events, industry conferences, and senior customer meetings across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Bring

  • Senior channel leadership at an AI, data, cloud, or enterprise software vendor.
  • Experience launching or scaling a vendor in EMEA, and ideally building a partner programme from scratch.

  • A track record of delivering partner-led revenue growth, with numbers to back it up.
  • Commercial discipline: forecasting, partner P&L thinking, and deal structuring.
  • The ability to work across multiple European markets and cultures. Additional languages are a plus.
  • The presence and credibility to work directly with a C-level executive.
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on style that works as well on a partner call as in the boardroom.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, and to work with global colleagues across time zones.
