Ox Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production. We eliminate critical, real-time risks from AI code generation through cloud runtime by doing what conventional tools can’t: unifying development and cloud context to stop vulnerabilities right at the source. We’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on Channel Director to lead and scale our channel ecosystem across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and own our partner strategy end-to-end, driving pipeline and revenue through strong relationships across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and execute a winning go-to-market strategy through partners.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, own, and execute OX’s North America channel strategy end-to-end
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners
- Drive pipeline and revenue through channel-led and channel-influenced motions
- Work hands-on with partners on enablement, joint planning, and field execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Monitor partner performance and optimize programs to accelerate growth
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the channel ecosystem
- Represent OX within the cybersecurity channel community across EMEA

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Channel Management within cybersecurity
- Strong experience in AppSec / DevSecOps / software supply chain security - must
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs in EMEA
- Strong relationships with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and system integrators
- Hands-on approach - able to execute, not just strategize
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Based on the East Coast, with ability to travel as needed
Bonus Points For
- Experience working in high-growth / startup environments
- Experience building channel programs from early stages
- Strong network within enterprise cybersecurity partners
- Familiarity with modern GTM and partner-led growth strategies
