The Advocate Group are hiring on behalf of Monster Energy for a Northern-Ireland based Channel Executive to help accelerate growth across Grocery and Convenience channels throughout the Island of Ireland.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Monster Energy's Ireland team, working closely with the Channel Manager and key stakeholders to drive growth across some of the most important retail customers in the market.
You'll play a key role in translating commercial strategy into impactful activation plans, working cross-functionally with Monster Energy teams and especially the bottling partner to deliver best-in-class execution and unlock additional growth opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Become the expert in the Northern Ireland retail landscape, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the development and execution of channel growth strategies across Grocery and/or Convenience.
- Build compelling recommendations that improve brand performance and in-store effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with bottling partner teams and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial objectives.
- Identify incremental growth opportunities that accelerate market share and business performance.
- Act as a Monster Energy brand ambassador at customer meetings, trade events, and brand activations.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Key Account, Commercial, Category, Channel, or Customer Development role.
- Strong understanding of Grocery and/or Convenience retail environments.
- Knowledge of the Northern Ireland market and customer landscape.
- FMCG experience, ideally within the Island of Ireland.
- Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for execution and delivering results.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Flexibility to travel and attend occasional customer or brand events.
- Based in Northern Ireland within a commutable distance to Lisburn
