About The Role
We are hiring a Channel Head to oversee the delivery, continuous improvement, and growth of performance marketing across paid digital channels. This role combines strategic oversight with active involvement in campaign execution, ensuring that marketing activities deliver measurable outcomes while identifying opportunities to strengthen channel performance and support business growth.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, the Channel Head will guide campaign planning, optimisation, performance evaluation, and ongoing experimentation across digital platforms. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, campaign measurement, and marketing technology, together with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that supports the organisation's commercial objectives.
What you will be expected to do
1. Campaign Delivery & Management
- Deliver end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Manage campaign setup, audience creation, ad development, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign launches.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and within established timelines.
- Monitor campaign delivery and resolve implementation issues promptly.
- Work with Creative and Content teams to ensure campaign assets are available when required.
2. Paid Media Channel Management
- Manage and improve campaigns across one or more of the following platforms:
- Google Ads
- Search
- Performance Max
- Display
- Demand Gen
- YouTube
- App Campaigns (where applicable)
- Meta
- Reels
- Lead Ads
- Advantage+ Campaigns
- Google Ads
- Additional activities include:
- Assist with affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging digital advertising platforms.
- Recommend customer acquisition opportunities based on market insights.

3. Campaign Improvement
- Regularly review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Refine:
- Campaign structure
- Audience targeting
- Bid strategies
- Budget allocation
- Creative performance
- Landing page performance
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and ad copy.
- Improve campaign effectiveness through evidence-based recommendations.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare campaign reports and dashboards.
- Review campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide practical recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute to business reviews by providing campaign insights.
5. Campaign Measurement, Tracking & Reporting
- Assist with the implementation and validation of campaign tracking.
- Work with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- UTM tagging
- Enhanced Conversions
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to implement tracking and address technical issues.
6. Platform & Technology Management
- Maintain campaign quality across advertising platforms.
- Ensure campaign naming conventions and tracking standards are applied consistently.
- Assist with automation initiatives across advertising platforms.
- Keep up to date with platform developments and recommend adoption where appropriate.
7. Market & Channel Development
- Review emerging digital advertising platforms and assess their suitability for business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to broaden customer acquisition channels.
- Assist with pilot campaigns on new platforms and evaluate outcomes.
- Review advertising activity across the market and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Cross-Functional Working
- Work closely with Creative, Product, Brand, CRM, Campaign Measurement, Technology, and agency partners where applicable.
- Coordinate campaign launches with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure campaign goals align with business priorities.

You might be a strong candidate if you have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
- 4–6 years of practical experience in performance marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
- Experience with campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Experience implementing campaign tracking and attribution best practices.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and emerging advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating with agency partners where required.
