The role
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important Grocery channel within a fast-growing and highly ambitious FMCG business. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the grocery strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth, and building deeper, more profitable partnerships with key retail customers. You'll have the autonomy to challenge the status quo, influence business direction, and create a clear route-to-market plan that accelerates distribution, sales, and brand visibility. Success in the role will come from combining strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution, making this an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial Senior National Account Manager looking to make a bigger impact.

The ideal fit
- Proven experience managing and developing major Grocery accounts within an FMCG environment.
- Experience within private label food is preferred.
- A strong track record of delivering sustainable growth through strategic customer partnerships.
- Experience developing and executing joint business plans, customer strategies, and annual negotiations.
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of pricing, promotions, investment, and category performance.
- Able to identify new opportunities and turn insight into actionable growth plans.
- Confident influencing both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge convention and drive change.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making and recommendations.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Passionate about FMCG, consumers, and building winning relationships with leading UK retailers.

Salary
Up to £80,000, plus an extensive benefits package which makes the overall package very attractive.
