Are you a commercially driven food professional looking for the opportunity to build something new within a high-growth, ambitious business?

Signature Career Management is partnered with a high-growth, B-Corp, ambitious and genuinely innovative business that is changing the way workplaces think about food, breaks and employee experience.

Already a significant player in its market, the business has ambitious plans for continued growth and is investing in new propositions that will challenge how a traditionally conservative channel operates.

Due to this growth, they’re now looking for a Commercial Lead – Fresh & Frozen to take ownership of an exciting proposition that has already gained traction and now needs someone to take it to the next level.

This is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to build something, challenge convention and genuinely change the game. You’ll work across sales, food, operations and supply chain, identifying opportunities with new and existing customers and helping shape how the proposition develops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • An experienced FMCG commercial or sales professional with a strong food and drink background
  • Commercially driven, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth
  • Someone who enjoys working at pace and is comfortable operating in an environment where things are constantly evolving
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders across a business
  • Strategic enough to see the bigger opportunity, but hands-on enough to make things happen
  • Curious and entrepreneurial, with the confidence to challenge the traditional way of doing things
  • Someone who wants their next move to be about building and shaping something, rather than simply managing an established proposition

The business isn't necessarily looking for someone who has worked in this specific channel. In fact, they’re keen to attract high-calibre FMCG talent who can bring a different perspective and apply their experience to a genuinely new commercial challenge.
