Field Channel Management Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Field Channel Management Executive to support the effective management and development of our existing UK sales channels.

This role is focused on channel relationship management, commercial coordination, channel governance, and market execution, rather than expanding the number of channel partners. You will work closely with distributors, wholesalers, independent retailers, and internal commercial teams to ensure agreed channel strategies, commercial terms, product launches, and promotional programs are implemented consistently and effectively.

You will also play an important role in identifying and resolving channel conflicts, maintaining market stability, strengthening partner relationships, and providing first-hand market insights to support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Relationship Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, independent retailers, and other channel partners, ensuring effective communication and consistent execution of agreed commercial strategies.

Commercial Terms & Partner Coordination

  • Support and participate in negotiations with channel partners regarding pricing, discounts, rebates, incentives, promotional arrangements, and other commercial terms, ensuring alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.

Channel Governance & Market Stability

  • Monitor channel activities and market behavior, identify potential issues relating to pricing, distribution, promotions, channel overlap, or partner conflicts, and coordinate appropriate solutions to maintain channel discipline and market stability.

New Product Launches & Channel Execution

  • Coordinate and oversee new product launches across existing channel partners, ensuring timely product availability, retailer communication, promotional execution, POSM deployment, and alignment with agreed launch plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
