Reflectiz is a fast-growing cybersecurity company, helping organizations secure their digital assets and third-party technologies with zero friction. Our platform enables visibility, risk assessment, and protection for web applications and client-side supply chains.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to drive and expand our channel partnerships across the UK region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and strategic partners to generate pipeline and accelerate regional growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with Reflectiz’s go-to-market strategy.
- Build strong relationships with partners and act as their main point of contact.
- Enable partners with training, marketing support, and sales tools.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and joint pipeline generation.
- Set KPIs and regularly track partner performance and ROI.
- Represent Reflectiz at partner and industry events across the region.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends in cybersecurity.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the VAR/distributor ecosystem in cybersecurity.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
