CHANNEL MANAGER

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Channel Manager / Strategic Partnerships Manager to strengthen and expand our partner ecosystem, drive joint go-to-market activity, and create new revenue opportunities through strategic relationships.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Channel Manager will own and develop strategic relationships with ETRM/CTRM software vendors, market data providers, and adjacent technology partners. This person will serve as the primary relationship manager for key alliances and will be responsible for generating opportunities through co-selling, partner-led referrals, direct subcontracting opportunities, and joint marketing initiatives.
This role is highly relationship-driven and commercial in nature. The ideal candidate understands how enterprise software ecosystems work, knows how to navigate vendor organizations, and can build credibility with executives, sales teams, alliance managers, and delivery leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ETRM/CTRM software vendors and technology partners
- Source and qualify new opportunities through partner channels
- Develop relationships that position the company as a preferred implementation and delivery partner
- Expand relationships into adjacent technology and data providers
- Coordinate participation in partner conferences, industry events, webinars, and networking initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and delivery teams to align partnership priorities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, alliances, partnerships, business development, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Experience working with enterprise software vendors, systems integrators, or consulting organizations
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to source and develop commercial opportunities through partner networks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience within ETRM/CTRM, energy trading, commodities, or capital markets technology ecosystems
- Existing relationships with ETRM vendors, data providers, or energy technology companies
- Experience coordinating conference sponsorships, webinars, or industry events
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation projects and consulting delivery models
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Establish stronger strategic relationships across key ETRM and data platform vendors
- Generate measurable pipeline and revenue opportunities through partner channels
- Increase the company’s visibility within the energy trading technology ecosystem
- Secure invitations to participate in partner events and joint marketing initiatives
- Position the company as a preferred delivery and implementation partner
