Gilson is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Channel Manager - Europe to lead growth and performance across our European distributor network. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced channel, account, or commercial manager who enjoys building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and influencing business success across multiple markets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of European channel partners, translating Gilson's global channel strategy into strong local execution and sustainable commercial growth.

You will work closely with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximise partner performance and identify new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive profitable sales growth across European channel partners
  • Develop and implement annual partner business plans
  • Monitor commercial performance, forecasts, KPIs, and market trends
  • Conduct regular business reviews and hold partners accountable to agreed objectives
  • Identify and develop new market and growth opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders across Europe
  • Support commercial negotiations, pricing activities, promotions, and market development initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic recommendations to support business growth

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in channel management, account management, business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles
  • Experience working within Life Sciences, laboratory products, scientific instrumentation, medical devices, or another technical B2B environment
  • Proven success managing distributors, dealers, or indirect sales channels
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue growth
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working within international and matrix organisations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 50-60%)
