About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Director UK & Ireland, you'll take ownership of the Kitchen Studios channel strategy, driving sales performance, profitability, and market share growth across a portfolio of independent kitchen studios and key accounts.

Leading a team of four, including Field Sales Managers and Key Account specialists, and influencing a wider channel organization of approximately 15 employees, you'll combine strategic thinking with commercial execution to deliver outstanding results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

As a key member of the UK Sales leadership team, you'll also contribute to the wider commercial direction of the business and help shape the future growth of our AEG brand within the kitchen retail market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver the Kitchen Studios channel strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and achievement of commercial targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with independent kitchen retailers, key accounts, and industry partners to maximize long-term business opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, annual trading agreements, and investment plans that create value for both customers and Electrolux.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive channel growth and enhance market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer development teams to deliver successful product launches and retail activation plans.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPI delivery, using data and insight to inform commercial decisions and optimize results.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing sales team through coaching, leadership, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Represent the Kitchen Studios channel within the wider UK and European commercial organization, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for a commercially minded sales leader with a proven track record of delivering growth within a consumer goods or retail environment.

You will bring:

  • Significant sales and account management experience within a commercial consumer goods business.
  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budget management, and business planning.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • A proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships and deliver profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using data and market insights to drive decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Knowledge of retail, kitchen, appliance, or related channels will be an advantage.

Where You'll Be

The role will be field-based with business travel across the UK (ca. 25-30%).
