Looking to build a career in tech marketing — without getting stuck in theory?

We’re looking for hands-on channel marketers who enjoy making things happen.

In this role, you’ll work directly with technology partners across Europe, helping them activate real marketing campaigns — not just talk about them. You’ll support partners day-to-day, guide them through vendor programmes, and help turn central marketing initiatives into effective local execution.

If you’ve worked in B2B or IT marketing, in early to mid-stage of your career and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and want a role that blends coordination, communication, and delivery, this could be a great next step.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting channel partners with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for partners across your language market
  • Helping partners understand and activate vendor marketing programmes
  • Coordinating marketing activity such as:
    • Digital and demand generation campaigns
    • Events, webinars, and partner communications
    • Content and campaign localisation
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within programme guidelines
  • Supporting MDF or co-marketing activity (where applicable)
  • Keeping activity tracking and reporting accurate and up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
