This role serves as a key support function for the Distribution team, aiding in initiatives that empower our Resellers, Distributors, and ISV partners. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a global organization. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who will receive comprehensive initial training, after which they will be expected to show strong initiative and take full ownership of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Distribution Team Support: Provide proactive, multi-tasking administrative and operational support to the Channel Marketing team, with a dedicated focus on Distribution partners (Resellers, Distributors, and ISVs).
  • Data & Systems Management: Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) skills to manage partner data, track marketing activities, and generate operational reports.
  • Project Ownership: Quickly grasp new marketing concepts and processes, transitioning smoothly from guided training to independent ownership of daily operational tasks.
  • Program Coordination: Assist the wider team in the coordination, administration, and execution of channel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Act as a dynamic team player who can juggle multiple priorities, take initiative to solve problems, and keep projects moving forward in a busy environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
