We're partnering with a leading international investment management business to hire a German-speaking Channel Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of its intermediary distribution business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services marketer to join a highly respected investment firm and play a key role in delivering impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns across the DACH region.
The Opportunity
Working closely with sales, distribution and central marketing teams, you'll be responsible for implementing and optimising marketing campaigns that support key intermediary channels across German-speaking markets. You will adapt global marketing initiatives for local audiences, strengthen engagement with distribution partners, and help drive commercial outcomes through effective campaign execution and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing activity with business priorities
- Execute channel marketing initiatives across intermediary and wealth distribution channels
- Support strategic marketing partnerships with key distributors and platforms
- Collaborate with digital, content and client experience teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Manage local marketing activity, events, communications and promotional campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future activity
- Ensure all activity complies with relevant regulatory and brand requirements

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Marketing experience within asset management, wealth management, private banking or broader financial services
- Strong understanding of intermediary distribution channels within the DACH region
- Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and partnership marketing initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience measuring campaign performance
- A commercial mindset and passion for financial markets
