Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in London office)
At Pod, we're accelerating the transition to electric vehicles by making charging simple, smart and accessible. As our Channel Marketing Lead, Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth through our indirect sales channels and strategic partners.
You'll own the marketing strategy and execution across key partner segments including wholesalers, installers, automotive OEMs and dealerships, fleet and leasing providers, homebuilders, and energy companies. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, you'll create compelling go-to-market programmes that enable partners to sell Pod effectively, generate demand, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Commercial Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Pod goes to market through partner ecosystems and help establish Pod as the leading EV charging partner across multiple industries.
Here's what our Head of Partnerships & Commercial Marketing had to say:
"As Channel Marketing Lead, Partnerships, you'll have a unique opportunity to define how Pod engages and grows through its partner ecosystem. From major automotive brands and energy providers to installers and homebuilders, you'll help create the marketing strategies and programmes that drive demand and revenue through some of our most important commercial relationships. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership, where you'll be trusted to challenge, innovate and shape our approach as we scale. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and want to play a key role in the energy transition, this is the role for you."
What You'll Do
-
Lead Channel Marketing Strategy
You'll develop and own the channel marketing strategy across indirect sales and partnership channels, ensuring activity aligns with wider commercial objectives and contributes directly to revenue growth. You'll identify opportunities to expand reach, deepen partner engagement, and increase partner-generated demand.
-
Develop Go-to-Market Plans
Working closely with the B2B Acquisition Manager and Partnerships team, you'll create and deliver go-to-market plans for partner propositions, product launches, campaigns and new channel opportunities. You'll ensure marketing activity supports both partner acquisition and retention goals.
-
Drive Partner Marketing Campaigns
You'll plan, execute and optimise integrated co-marketing campaigns with partners, combining digital, content, events and account-based marketing approaches to generate pipeline and revenue. You'll continuously test and refine activity based on performance insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
