This role will have a strong focus on retail and channel marketing, working closely with the UK Sales team and key retail partners to increase brand visibility, improve in-store and online execution, drive sell-out, and support new product launches.
The role will also support selected consumer-facing marketing initiatives to strengthen UGREEN’s brand awareness and consideration in the UK market. We are looking for someone who understands the UK consumer electronics retail landscape, is comfortable working directly with retailers, and can turn marketing investment into measurable commercial results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UK & Ireland channel marketing strategy, aligned with local sales priorities and UGREEN’s global brand direction.

- Build strong working relationships with retail partners and their marketing teams to improve UGREEN’s online and in-store visibility, product positioning, and consumer engagement.
- Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, including POS materials, displays, merchandising, product demonstrations, and retail activation.
- Manage retailer media and joint marketing programmes, including digital placements, sponsored content, CRM/email campaigns, social media, and other retailer-owned media channels.
- Support major UK retail moments such as Black Friday, Christmas, Back to School, Prime Day, and key product launches, ensuring strong channel execution.
- Manage channel marketing budgets and MDF, tracking campaign performance and ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable sell-out, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Work closely with Sales to analyse retailer performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop marketing programmes that support incremental revenue and market share growth.
- Support selected consumer marketing activities, including local brand campaigns, PR, influencer/KOL collaborations, partnerships, and experiential events.
- Gather UK consumer, competitor, and retail insights and provide actionable recommendations to the UK business and HQ teams.
- Collaborate closely with UGREEN’s global Marketing team in China to localise global campaigns while ensuring they are relevant and effective for UK consumers and retail partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
