Our Story

Our story began with one man and his vision; to bring vibrant, colourful, hand-crafted artisan clothes from faraway places to the markets of London. It is a journey that started on a hippy commune in Ibiza, 1970, and finished with an overland trip east, through Afghanistan and India. Now found in West London, we’re creating vibrant products, and sharing endless discovery.

We’re Hiring: Channel Merchandising Assistant

We’re excited to be looking for a Channel Merchandising Assistant to join our Channel Merchandising team. We are looking for individuals with analytical minds who have an interest in Fashion and Retail. You will be joining a team of merchandisers and buyers that will allow you to learn the essential logical and commercial skills needed to become a future Merchandiser. The role is heavy on data and does not lean a lot to the creative side so you need to love reporting and analysis.

Please note that success in this role requires a flair for numbers and part of the interview process is a Maths test. If you believe yourself to have strength in this area and you like analysing data and producing accurate reports, please do apply.

What will you do as a Channel Merchandising Assistant?

  • Weekly communication with concession partners to ensure timely product launches
  • Delivering all product enrichment data for new season launch in accordance with the critical path
  • Communication of any issues highlighting risks to product launch
  • Maintains and circulate reporting related to concessions using excel and BI
  • Support sales demands with allocations to trading locations
  • Reviewing concessions websites and working with partners to ensure products are displayed in the optimum way etc, testing filters and shopper experience
  • Work with other functions in the business to ensure the end to end process of getting products live is as seamless as possible (i.e. image and studio team and product merchandising team)
  • Liaise with concession partner and buying/merchandising/marketing teams to provide samples and images to support marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring that promo and MD prices are live on concession websites where agreed
  • UK and International store administrative support when needed across markdowns, grading and allocations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
