Start: Immediate — founding cohort limited to a small number of partners
Following strong growth in our existing markets, we are launching in the United Kingdom — and we are looking for a select group of Founding Channel Partners to build our UK sales network from the ground up. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Opportunity
As a Founding Channel Partner, you will recruit, train, and lead your own team of Payment Consultants who introduce KPay's terminal and payment solutions to UK merchants. You will be among the first leaders in the market, which means:
- Ground-floor positioning in a new market entry, with direct access to KPay's leadership team
- A proven system — sales playbooks, onboarding programmes, and merchant activation processes already validated in other markets
- Uncapped, performance-based earnings tied to the growth and productivity of your network (full structure shared in conversation)
- Real infrastructure behind you — marketing support, training resources, compliance frameworks, and merchant onboarding handled by KPay
What You'll Do
- Build, recruit, and lead a team of Payment Consultants in your region
- Train and coach your team on merchant acquisition, product knowledge, and compliant selling practices
- Drive activations and merchant sign-ups through your network
- Set the pace and culture of your team — accountability, energy, and integrity
- Work closely with KPay's UK launch team on strategy, incentives, and market feedback
- Join KPay with launch events, partner briefings, and leadership sessions
Who We're Looking For
- A proven sales leader, not just a strong individual performer — you have built and led high-performing direct sales teams in the UK
- Background in direct sales or field sales channels — e.g. insurance, energy, solar, telecoms, or direct-to-consumer brands
- A demonstrable track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining salespeople
- Strong grasp of compliance and ethical selling — you know how to grow fast without cutting corners
- An existing network you can mobilise quickly
- Entrepreneurial drive — you feel your current ceiling is too low and want to build something that is genuinely yours
- Right to work in the UK
