🌟 EXCLUSIVE NEW ROLE: Channel Partner Acquisition Manager 🌟

UCaaS and SaaS UK Vendor | £60k - £70k Base | 1st year OTE £90k - £110k, Uncapped | Hybrid and Field Based | Big Over target Accelerators | Autonomy & Respect

Partner Acquisition Managers in the channel know this feeling.

You are landing new partners. You are hitting your numbers. You are doing everything right. But the platform you are selling is making the job harder than it needs to be.

  • Maybe the solution is 5 years behind where it needs to be.
  • Maybe the roadmap has more U turns than a UK government.
  • Maybe you have partners who signed, stuck the logo on their website, and have never billed a single pound.

If that sounds familiar, you might want to consider this...

I am working with a multi award winning Unified Communications & SaaS platform vendor that is commanding serious respect in the channel. A platform that resellers training actually rate and are migrating heavily towards making it their preferred, and go to solution. A roadmap that holds up. A grown up culture where performance is recognised, not tolerated. Well funded. Agile. Expanding.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

They have asked us to identify a Channel Partner Acquisition Manager who can do more than collect logos. Someone who can identify new and untapped markets, land new partners, and grow their onboarded partners properly building strong, loyal relationships. Someone who runs their diary and is respected as if it is their own franchise.

What the role actually is

  • Identify new and untapped partner markets
  • Source new partners
  • Sign them
  • Onboard them properly
  • Stay close as they grow
  • Training, joint visits, commercial support
  • Design Incentives that partner teams actually want, not Amazon vouchers or 6 Dominoes pizzas for a £1 million deal
