What are you going to do?
Building strong partnerships is about more than managing accounts. It is about understanding what partners and customers need, spotting opportunities, and turning those insights into sustainable growth.
As Channel Partner Manager UK & Ireland at Nedap, you will develop our network of channel partners in the physical security market. You will strengthen existing partnerships, identify and onboard new partners, and work with them to create long-term opportunities for Nedap's access management solutions.
You will be part of an experienced UK team and have the freedom to shape how we grow in the region. That means taking ownership, building relationships at different levels of an organization, and turning ideas into action.
You will be responsible for developing Nedap's channel partner network across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will work closely with system integrators and other channel partners to build relationships that create value for all parties involved.
Your role goes beyond achieving sales targets. You will understand the ambitions and challenges of our partners and their customers, connect the right people, and identify opportunities where Nedap can make a difference.
Together with the UK team and colleagues across Nedap, you will develop and execute plans for the region. You will monitor market developments and partner performance, share insights with the team, and use what you learn to continuously improve our approach.
Nedap has a strong position in access management. Our portfolio includes solutions such as AEOS, our on-premises access control system, alongside newer solutions that respond to changing customer needs. We combine our experience in physical security with Digital Twin Technology to help organizations manage access to people, buildings, and assets.
Your responsibilities
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing channel partners, while identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners across the UK and Ireland;
- Develop and execute business plans with channel partners, identify commercial opportunities, and support sustainable sales growth;
- Build relationships with end users together with channel partners, connecting customers, partners, and the right expertise within Nedap;
- Support partners in developing the right solutions and quotations, and help them understand how Nedap’s solutions create value for their customers;
- Monitor partner performance and market developments, translate insights into opportunities, and represent Nedap at relevant exhibitions and industry events in the UK and Europe;
- Keep opportunities and customer information up to date in the CRM system and actively contribute to UK team and Channel Partner Development Team meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
