About the role
We are looking for a high performing Channel Partner Manager to accelerate partner led revenue across the UK. You will lead the growth of our channel ecosystem and turn partnerships into a predictable, scalable revenue engine for CybSafe.
This is a commercial role. You will build the right partner relationships, help shape the channel sales strategy, grow partner pipeline and ensure partners succeed in selling our AI-powered human risk management platform. You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success and product to grow partner-generated pipeline, accelerate GTM and expand our reach.

What you will do
- Influence and execute a UK channel sales strategy focused on partner-led revenue growth.
- Leverage our existing distribution and reseller network to expand market reach and activate new opportunities.
- Build, manage and grow high value partner relationships that produce qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
- Generate sales enablement material for partners
- Enable partners to sell CybSafe successfully through training, joint selling, messaging support and field engagement.
- Run partner campaigns, events and go to market initiatives with marketing and sales.
- Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management across CRM and PRM.
- Lead partner business reviews and ensure clear accountability against revenue targets.
- Represent the voice of channel partners internally and influence our channel programme and strategy.
- Travel to key partners, customers and industry events as needed.

What we are looking for
You will thrive here if you combine commercial edge, relationship skills and a startup mindset.
You bring:
- 3 or more years of channel sales or partnership management experience in SaaS or (ideally) cybersecurity.
- A proven record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact.
- A hunter mindset with strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and confidence in the field.
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities with partners and internal teams.
- The strategic mindset and capability necessary to turn our channel goals into a measurable and sequenced plan of action.
- A process-orientated, step by step approach to engaging, onboarding and enabling partners.
- Experience defining channel KPIs and using them to steer predictable partner performance.
- Developing and delivering partner marketing, enablement and training materials.
- A self starter attitude, an ownership mindset and the ability to operate at pace in a scaling business.
- Experience selling into mid market and enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools and a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

Salary
GBP £90K OTE (£60K base + £30K variable)
