Role Summary

We are looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager to design and deliver marketing programs that grow revenue through our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Campaign Director, you will partner closely with Channel Directors, CAMs and BDRs across the US (public and private sector), EMEA and APAC to build joint marketing plans that create new pipeline within our existing partners, while also developing programs that attract and onboard new partners in every region. This is a highly collaborative, cross-regional role suited to someone who enjoys building programs that work across different markets, partner types and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Campaign Director to build and execute the global partner marketing strategy and calendar, aligned to company-wide demand generation and product priorities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Channel Directors, CAMs and BDRs in the US (public and private sector), EMEA and APAC to develop regional partner marketing plans tailored to each market.
  • Design and run co-marketing programs (joint campaigns, webinars, content, events and Market Development Fund activity) that generate net-new opportunities within our existing partner base.
  • Build partner acquisition and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract, engage and onboard new partners across all regions.
  • Create partner enablement and “campaign-in-a-box” assets — messaging, content and toolkits — that partners can easily localize and execute themselves.
  • Manage the partner marketing/MDF budget, track spend and report on ROI, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Own partner marketing performance reporting, tracking leads, opportunities and engagement by partner, partner type and region.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Events teams to ensure partner activity is aligned with broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Support partner events, summits and advisory councils, representing the marketing function in front of partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage partner-facing marketing communications, including newsletters, partner portal content and campaign calendars.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
