Channel & Partnerships Manager
Location: Cambridge area / Hybrid (UK)
An innovative scientific software organisation is seeking a Channel & Partnership Manager to lead the development of a global distributor and partner network. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on expanding market reach, driving revenue growth, and building strategic relationships across international markets.
Working closely with commercial, marketing, product, and scientific teams, you'll take ownership of partner strategy, distributor performance, and the identification of new growth opportunities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global channel and partnership strategy
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
- Identify and onboard new partners across key international territories
- Drive partner revenue performance through training, enablement, and commercial support
- Establish and track KPIs, ensuring partners are delivering against business objectives
- Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee partner contracts and royalty arrangements
- Build senior-level stakeholder relationships and influence strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver successful partner-led initiatives and product launches
- Monitor market trends and identify new routes to market and partnership opportunities

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in channel sales, distributor management, partnerships, or business development
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex partner relationships
- Comfortable negotiating commercial agreements and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience in scientific software, life sciences, scientific instrumentation, technology, or other highly technical B2B environments would be advantageous
- Able to work effectively across international markets and multicultural partner networks
