Channel Planner
Are you a highly organised marketing professional who enjoys bringing people, plans and campaigns together? We're looking for a Channel Planner to play a pivotal role in connecting business priorities with impactful marketing activity that drives growth, engagement and commercial success.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and specialist marketing teams, you'll turn strategic objectives into integrated marketing plans, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and ensure resources are focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest value.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Channel Planner, you'll be at the heart of marketing delivery, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are effectively planned, prioritised and executed across multiple audiences and channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining integrated marketing plans and delivery roadmaps
- Translating business objectives into clear campaign briefs and actionable plans
- Coordinating activity across CRM, Digital, Content, PR, Brand and Communications teams
- Managing campaign timelines, workflows and marketing calendars
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted marketing partner
- Supporting customer acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy initiatives
- Helping drive adviser recruitment, growth and retention through integrated marketing programmes
- Coordinating campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
- Tracking campaign performance and producing planning updates and reports
- Identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, governance and ways of working

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering integrated marketing activity.
Essential
- Experience in marketing planning, campaign management, project management or marketing operations.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing activity.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and planning discipline.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing performance metrics.
- Experience creating briefs, plans, schedules and project documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing project management tools.

Desirable
- Experience within financial services, wealth management or fintech.
- Experience working within a matrix or multi-brand organisation.
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience of integrated campaign planning.
- Understanding of customer journey planning and lifecycle marketing.
