The Role

Are you a hungry, highly motivated professional with a passion for cybersecurity? Do you excel at bridging the gap between complex AI technology and the commercial priorities of a partner ecosystem?

As our Channel Presales Engineer, you will be the technical engine behind our partner network. Working hand-in-hand with our Channel and Sales teams, you will enable MSSPs, MSPs, VARs and distributors to position, demo and sell our AI-driven solution on their own — turning partners into a scalable, self-sufficient technical extension of our go-to-market.

Who's RedCarbon

RedCarbon, a Cybersecurity company working in Security Operations world has built since 2020, a team of AI Virtual Analysts to help SOC to analyze Alarms. The philosophy is to help Cybersecurity SOC team with a virtual team that can help Humans in quantity and quality supporting in Triage Level 1 analysis but also in Level 2 investigations, Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Audit and Compliance (NIS 2 & more). RedCarbon provides both solutions Enterprise grade one with High Level Human Interaction and Small and Medium Market full autonomous Platform. RedCarbon doesn't Detect and Remediate it is vertical on Analysis.

Your Mission & Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement. Design and deliver technical onboarding, certification paths and train-the-trainer sessions that make partner engineers autonomous on our platform.
  • Joint Technical Discovery. Partner with channel managers and partner sales teams to analyse end-customer environments, pain points and existing SOC workflows across international markets.
  • Impactful Demos. Run deep-dive technical presentations — both to partner technical teams and, alongside them, to their CISOs, Security Directors and SOC managers.
  • PoC Ownership. Scope, manage and execute partner-led Proof of Concepts, coaching partner engineers until they can run PoCs independently.
  • Integration & Ecosystem Fit. Support partners in integrating our platform into their existing service stack (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, ticketing) and in shaping the managed services they build on top of it.
  • RFP/RFI Support. Own the technical content behind partner responses to Requests for Proposals and complex security questionnaires.
  • Product Feedback Loop. Act as the strategic link between the partner ecosystem and our engineering team, translating field feedback into core product features.

Requirements

Must-have (Essential)

  • Experience. 2+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel/Partner Engineering or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Domain Knowledge. Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals; experience with SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR or threat intelligence is a major plus.
  • Enablement Skills. Proven ability to teach and coach technical audiences — you enjoy making other engineers successful, not just closing your own deals.
  • Communication. Exceptional English (written and spoken), with a track record of simplifying complex AI concepts for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Startup Mindset. A "hungry", self-motivated attitude — comfortable in fast-paced environments and driven by international market expansion.
  • Travel. Willingness to travel across EMEA for partner enablement sessions and joint customer engagements.
  • Legal. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for UK.
