About the team

We are looking for a high potential candidate to join Stripe’s Alliances and Channels (A&C) team as a Channel Sales Executive. The Channel Sales Executive (CSE) is a key part of the Alliances and Channels team, supporting platform partners that embed Stripe technology into their solutions.

What you'll do

We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales professional to drive business growth with a portfolio of SaaS Platforms. You will identify high-value opportunities, develop demand with these platforms, and foster new business within our partner ecosystem. Working closely with Partner Development Managers and Stripe Account Executives, you will be responsible for delivering incremental growth of new users and revenue through your portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive joint go-to-market and co-selling initiatives with a designated and diverse portfolio of SaaS platforms in a channel sales motion.
  • Collaborate with platform counterparts to drive net new demand for partnerships.
  • Enable Stripe and partner sales teams on the joint value proposition and lead account mapping workshops.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Stripe’s revenue with strategic platforms.
  • Support the full deal cycle with partners, from sourcing new pipeline, opportunity progression to closing.
  • Serve as an advocate for partners within Stripe, representing Stripe within the partner's organization.
  • Maintain accurate sales and partner activities in Salesforce.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with the payments, commerce, and/or Q2C landscape.
  • Sales experience working in multi-party sales pursuits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak to functional leadership both internally and externally.
  • Ability to lead and be a team player on cross-functional deal pursuit teams.
  • Willingness to travel (25%)
  • Ability to build and execute territory and opportunity-specific plans leveraging tools such as Salesforce and Crossbeam.
