Role Description
The Channel Sales Expansion Manager - Cyber Certification - MSP Vendors/Resellers is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales development, managing, and growing relationships with managed service provider (MSP) resellers and strategic partners. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing the reseller team by driving KPI performance
- Identifying and onboarding new MSP partners
- Conducting regular check-ins to understand their needs
- Supporting them in positioning Cyber Tec Security’s certification and compliance offerings to their end clients

The Channel Sales Expansion Manager - Cyber Certification - MSP Vendors/Resellers will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align partner strategies, track performance against targets, and ensure a high-quality partner experience. This role also includes:
- Monitoring market trends
- Gathering partner feedback
- Recommending improvements that enhance partner programs and drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- Totally sales driven! You will have other essential skills, but your main objective is always SALES!
- Experience in MSP or channel/partner management in SME sector (NOT Enterprise), with skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and account growth.
- Team management focused on consistent sale increases from both yourself and the team members
- Sales and business development capabilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Used to working in the 'volume play' rather than big ticket deals
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT services, ideally with familiarity with certification and compliance frameworks (e.g., Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including experience with CRM tools (esp. HubSpot), reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple partner accounts (350+), and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar partner, channel, or alliances role within technology or cybersecurity is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
