About Noxus

Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor.

Enterprise AI is no longer constrained only by models, data, or compute. The harder problem is execution: how AI work actually runs inside an organization, alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.

Noxus helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers do not just answer questions. They read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals when needed, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.

We are built for legacy-heavy environments where critical work runs across SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms, payment platforms, and bespoke internal software. Much of this work still depends on humans moving information between documents, emails, portals, spreadsheets, queues, and systems.

That is where Noxus is most relevant: work that is too complex, regulated, and system-dependent for simple automation, but too costly and slow to leave as manual human execution.

We are not a chatbot company, a self-serve agent builder, or a narrow workflow tool. Noxus is the execution layer that lets enterprises design, deploy, govern, and improve AI labor in production.

We have customers live in production, strong pull from the market, and growth so far has been founder-led. Now we are building the commercial team that turns that momentum into a repeatable GTM engine.

The role

We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager to help build and scale Noxus' partner and channel motion across Iberia, the UK and Benelux.

This is a foundational, high-ownership role. You will be responsible for recruiting new channel partners, managing and growing our existing partner relationships, and turning that ecosystem into a predictable, growing source of pipeline.

The challenge is not simply signing partners. The challenge is helping systems integrators, consultancies, and resellers who already sit inside regulated enterprises understand why AI labor needs a new operating layer, why existing automation tools are not enough, and why Noxus is a credible path to production for their clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and the founders. Your work will shape how Noxus enters new accounts through partners, learns from the market, and builds a repeatable, partner-led GTM engine across the region

What you will do

  • Own the recruitment of new channel partners, including resellers, systems integrators, and consultancies, across Iberia, the UK, and Benelux.
  • Prioritise and recruit partners based on fit, reach into regulated industries, existing client relationships, and strategic value to Noxus.
  • Manage and grow Noxus' existing partner relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Generate qualified partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, co-selling motions, and structured partner cadences.
  • Research partner organisations deeply to understand their client base, go-to-market motion, technology landscape, and potential for co-selling Noxus.
  • Engage senior partner stakeholders, including practice leads, alliance managers, and regional sales leadership.
  • Act as the face of Noxus' channel program, representing the company with clarity, credibility, and commercial sharpness in every partner interaction.
  • Design and run partner enablement, including onboarding, certification, sales training, and the assets partners need to sell and deliver Noxus with confidence.
  • Build fluency in Noxus' product, the enterprise AI market, regulated operations, and how partners currently sell adjacent automation, RPA, or systems-integration work.
  • Work with Marketing and Product Marketing to test partner messaging, refine co-marketing campaigns, and identify which narratives resonate with each partner type and vertical.
  • Feed field signal back to Sales, Marketing, Product, and the founders so the company gets smarter with every partner interaction.
  • Contribute to building the channel playbook, including partner tiering, incentive structures, deal-registration processes, and qualification criteria.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI.
  • Proven track record recruiting new partners and growing existing ones into productive, revenue-generating relationships.
  • Comfort building pipeline through partners, not just managing relationships. You are as effective hunting as you are farming.
  • An existing network of relevant partners, such as resellers, systems integrators, or consultancies, across Iberia, the UK, and/or Benelux.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt your message to senior partner and enterprise audiences.
  • High curiosity about AI, enterprise software, regulated industries, and how large organisations actually work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. You would rather help build the playbook than wait for one.
  • Commercial judgement. You understand why a partner matters, what motivates them, and when a relationship is worth investing in.
  • Results orientation. You care about pipeline, partner productivity, and raising the bar for the channel program.
  • Fluent English required. Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Dutch are a strong plus given the regional scope.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Iberia, the UK, and Benelux.

Why join Noxus

  • Build the channel motion for a new category of enterprise AI.
  • Work on a product already running real operations in production.
  • Learn directly from founders, Enterprise Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Product.
  • Develop into a world-class channel leader in a high-ownership environment.
  • Sell into one of the most important shifts in enterprise software: AI moving from experiment to operational execution.
  • Help regulated enterprises understand how AI labor can redesign complex work, not just automate simple tasks.
  • Join at a stage where your work will directly influence pipeline, partner strategy, market learning, and the future channel playbook.
  • High ownership, high visibility, and meaningful equity upside.
  • Office-first role in Lisbon.
