Channel Manager – Indirect Sales | UK
Visum Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established specialist manufacturer of mechanical sealing solutions, who are looking to appoint a Channel Manager to join their growing commercial team.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of an indirect sales channel, developing existing distributor relationships while identifying and onboarding new partners across the UK and international markets.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through a network of distributors, dealers and other indirect partners. This will include:
- Developing channel strategy
- Identifying new distribution opportunities
- Managing key partnerships
- Creating joint business plans to maximise revenue and market coverage

The role will involve regular engagement with distributor owners and senior management, negotiating commercial agreements, supporting product training and working closely with internal teams to deliver growth.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong B2B sales background, ideally within a technical or industrial product environment, with proven experience of growing sales through distributors or other indirect channels.
Experience within mechanical seals, pumps, rotating equipment, fluid handling, MRO or a related engineered-product market would be highly advantageous.

You will need to be:
- Commercially confident
- Comfortable managing senior relationships
- Experienced in developing new business alongside growing existing accounts
Package
- Up to £70,000 salary depending on experience
- £6,000 car allowance
- Bonus opportunity
- Full-time, permanent position
- UK based with UK and international travel
