£75k basic + £30k OTE (Uncapped)

This is a fantastic Channel Sales Manager permanent opportunity with leading Manchester (Salford Quays area) based Tech company.

About the Role

The Channel Sales Manager role is 1 day a week on site in the Salford Quays area the travelling around the region the rest of the time so you must have a car and driving licence.

Responsibilities

The Channel Sales Manager will focus on generating new business with channel partners in the security / hardware space focussed on onboarding resellers / installers / distributors and therefore must have a proven track record of new business development in a similar role. The Channel Sales Manager must have previous experience of generating B2B business from warm, inbound leads (generated from a range of sources) creating and closing prospects. The Channel Sales Manager must have experience working with resellers, installers (security) or similar and exceeding sales targeting with solid experience booking and carrying out meetings/demos/discovery calls with prospects. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their own time and either be in the office of meeting clients in the region (generally Manchester area and as far south as Birmingham) A proven track record of meeting clients face to face as well as online and account management (of clients you have onboarded) is essential as Channel Sales Manager. Previous experience of researching target clients and outbound prospecting is essential (across phone, LinkedIn, email etc) and closing deals. The Channel Sales Manager must have track record hitting target (and know these figures) as well as excellent communication and CRM skills with any software/tech sales being a bonus.
