Position

Channel Sales Manager – Balcony Energy Storage

Product Line

Balcony energy storage / balcony solar / micro-storage solutions

Main Objective

Develop and manage local channel partners to support sales growth, brand visibility and market expansion in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish the European channel sales system for balcony energy storage, including distributors, retailers, and online/offline key accounts in UK.
  • Build a complete distribution network, formulate and implement channel strategies, and achieve market sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Manage channel partners, maintain long-term and stable cooperation, set sales targets, track sales performance, and regularly assess partner capabilities.
  • Coordinate local marketing cooperation between the company and channel partners, including campaigns, activity pages, training materials and brand promotion.
  • Track market competition, collect industry and customer information, and provide regular market analysis and sales forecast reports.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales and channel management experience. Experience in balcony solar, balcony energy storage, PV, energy storage, new energy or home appliances is preferred.
  • Solid hands-on experience in channel development, customer maintenance and sales promotion, with the ability to develop and manage distributors, retailers or key accounts.
  • Familiar with the balcony energy or home energy market, with a basic understanding of balcony energy storage products and related market dynamics.
  • Good cross-cultural communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, business ownership and goal orientation.
  • Fluent in the relevant local language and English, both oral and written, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to accept frequent business trips and adapt to a fast-growing working environment.
