Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Elstree with travel as required. The Channel Sales Specialist will manage and grow relationships with channel partners, including resellers and distributors, to drive revenue and market presence for CST’s communication solutions.

  • Identifying new channel opportunities
  • Supporting partners with sales materials
  • Coordinating joint marketing activities
  • Providing product training and guidance
  • Tracking channel performance
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure partners receive timely information and assistance
  • Handling partner inquiries
  • Helping resolve issues
  • Maintaining a strong customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have experience working with channel Partners and developing indirect sales strategies.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven Sales skills, with a track record in meeting or exceeding targets and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle partner and client queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Relevant experience in paging or radio or similar B2B technology, telecoms, or software solutions is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • A qualification or degree in sales, business, marketing or equivalent experience, is desirable.
