Channel Selection Manager

About the Role

As a Channel Selection Analyst, you’ll play a key role in making sure our stock flows smoothly through the ALS network. You’ll work closely with Supply teams to understand product movements and use data within Anaplan to create accurate routing rules that support our depots and stores.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and building strong working relationships across teams. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating and maintaining channel selection routing rules within Anaplan.
  • Working with Supply and other stakeholders to understand stock flow requirements.
  • Checking data accuracy, identifying errors, and resolving issues before submission.
  • Reviewing exceptions and ensuring routing is optimised for the network.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across our processes and ways of working.
  • Providing clear updates and insight to your manager and the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
